As for me, the location was favourable, near to 2 stops. The deluxe room was functional and nicely equipped with all the kitchen appliances. The breakfast was GREAT - toast and cereals.
The staff - some of them were not so friendly.

The hotel staff were nice and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I appreciated the fast WiFi and the spacious room, which included a big fridge, perfect for storing snacks. The location was convenient as it was a short walk from various eateries and attractions, and the free tuk-tuk service was a great bonus. The furniture felt a bit basic and the lighting in the room could have been better.

Convenience meets comfort in a bustling area!
The spacious Grand Beautiful Room provided a cozy retreat after busy days exploring Bangkok. The breakfast spread offered good local flavors. The bell staff were helpful, especially when I needed directions. Highly recommend bringing your own snacks, as dining options are limited nearby!

Great location in Bangkok. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complimentry breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant. The pool was a great way to relax after a hectic day shopping.
The elevator was very tiny and shower leaked.

I liked responsiveness of the staff, and the well kept room interiors and facilities in the room. Built-in DVD player and kitchenette were a boon for keeping both our little kids happy, and the buffet breakfast was a very decent spread.
I didn't like the springy bed that moved a little too much for my comfort. I also didn't like the fact that the hotel was right at the end of a pretty deserted (residential) street and the tuktuk drop was only available one-way.

The Grand Beautiful Room offered spacious accommodations with a comfortable bed and a dining table. The staff were helpful, providing assistance with local transportation and advice. Enjoying a tasty breakfast from the egg station was a good start to each day. The bathrooms could use an upgrade, as they felt outdated, and the hallways showed signs of wear that detracted from the overall experience.

I liked the fact that is wasn't right there where the main road was. It was just peaceful and quiet. Also the fact that the main road was just about a 2-3 minute walk away. I enjoyed my rest and relaxation there and would come back and go right back to the same hotel. The hotel staff very very nice. Very hospitable and helpful as well. I am making plans to come back again.
